UNAUTHORIZED COMPUTER USAGE

There are a countless number of reasons why one should prevent the unauthorized usage of his/her computer. Some of these are:

installing malware, removing important files or information, installing spy ware,creating viruses and the like. When you prevent your computer from these unauthorized usage, your own privacy is also protected.

Below are some simple steps one needs to follow in order to prevent most of these unauthorized access to one's computer. For they say that  ''prevention is better than cure''.

• Lock your computer regularly:May be you want to move away from your PC powered on, then the best is to lock it with a pass word so that any third party that is going to have access to it will have to use the pass word.
• Install a spy ware program on your computer: This will prevent you from hackers having access to your pass word or your detailed personal information on your PC.
• Install a hardware and software fire walls: Any PC that is connected to yours will be protected by the hard ware fire wall.However, the soft ware fire wall only protects a specific computer.
